Oil sweet oil! The Taggiasca olive, minuscule miracle of nature from Liguria, produces the sweetest of the oil, with fantastic nuances of almonds and artichokes, a unique oil for which the region is famous in the world.

Look no further for Pesto, for example. Only the Taggiasca should be used, together with pinoli (pine seeds), basilicum leaves, garlic and grated cheese.
Or mozzarella, the combination with this oil is simply perfect.

Our choice comes from Dolcedo, right in the hearth of the producing area and from Giovanni Benza, quite a name in the area.

The oil is produced in the "new" mill, contributing to the extraction of greater flavor and polyphenols, from olives which are still green or partly in the veraison, when they have just started changing their color.

This E.V.O.O. is excellent on top of delicate fish preparation. Try roasting some small calamari filled with mozzarella, or dress some sea bass fillet with it, you will NOT regret it.
